One To One Training

with Jon
£40/hour
  • Jon’s individual personal training service is the ideal solution for anyone new to fitness and coming from a sedentary lifestyle who is ready to make changes for the better. If you are someone who needs motivation, accountability and removal of guess work Jon can help! Equally his bespoke packages are perfect for anyone who has a specific goal, challenge or race that would like to work towards. When you contact us you receive a FREE 30 minute consultation in person. This is the first, and key stage, of your journey, during which we will complete a short questionnaire to help identify your history, goals and develop a strategy for moving forward.

Group Personal Training

Small Group Training - maximum of 6 people per session
£10/hour
  • Alongside his one to one training, Jon offers small group personal training sessions that cater for individuals wanting results but who may not want to participate in one-to-one workouts. These sessions run throughout the week with the training being modified for each person in the group as they may have different goals and/or fitness levels. Please be aware that class numbers are limited depending on the type and time of the class but are usually run with between 2-6 individuals at various times during the week
